No registration is required for checkout. However, creating an account allows you to receive special offers, reminders, and exclusive promotions.

What Are Coupon Codes?

Delivery Options
Can I Request a Specific Delivery Date and Time?
Yes! Choose the delivery date at checkout. For specific timing, add instructions in the Delivery Instructions section on the checkout page.
Note: While we make every effort to accommodate requests, exact delivery times cannot be guaranteed.
Minimum Order for Delivery
A minimum purchase of AED 100 is required for delivery.
Express Delivery
Need a last-minute gift? With ‘Express Delivery,’ your flowers arrive within 4 hours of confirmation. Currently, this service is only available in Dubai, with plans to expand across the UAE. Additional charges apply.
Note: Express Delivery starts at 10:00 AM and is only available during store hours.
Free Delivery
Enjoy FREE delivery across Dubai and Sharjah on orders above AED 300. Non-flower items are also eligible for free delivery when combined with any flower or plant arrangement. For orders without flowers, a small delivery fee of AED 35 applies.
Same-Day Delivery
Why wait to make someone smile? Orders placed by 7:00 PM for Dubai or by 1:00 PM for Abu Dhabi & Sharjah will be delivered the same day.
Next-Day Delivery
Nationwide next-day delivery is available across the UAE, including Abu Dhabi, Dubai, and Sharjah.
Will You Call the Recipient Before Delivery?
Yes, we may call the recipient before delivering to ensure availability while keeping the details a surprise.
Payment Information
What Payment Methods Are Accepted?

What Will Appear on My Credit Card Statement?

How Can I Request a Refund?
For cancellations within 24 hours of the delivery date, a full refund is available. If cancelled after this period but before delivery, we provide a voucher equal to 100% of the order value.
